RESTAURANT WASSBERG

We have adopted the principles of a natural cuisine and offer, where possible, organic produce. Our meat and fish come from farms that respect animal welfare or from wild catch. Wherever possible, we use local and seasonal produce, supplementing this with homemade products originating from the woods and meadows around the Hotel Wassberg. Our cuisine is adapted to the availability of produce and is always fresh and of the highest quality. 
 
We offer a large selection of organically grown wines to perfectly complement our culinary delights. A choice of the best wines is also available by the glass.

Our restaurant is a smoke-free zone. Smoking areas are the terrace and the garden restaurant.
